Indoor cycling is known for being an intense workout but no worries – our instructors will coach each rider to adapt their workout to their own comfort level. Our classes appeal to beginners, hard-core cyclists and everyone in between!
BootCamp - A high energy cardio workout including strength training using weights and other fitness equipment. Each class is different but there is always a focus on all major muscle groups. All fitness levels are welcome!
