Indoor cycling classes are for people of all levels of fitness. Indoor Cycling is the perfect way to increase your energy, lose weight, build muscle and improve cardiovascular fitness.
Indoor cycling is known for being an intense workout but no worries – our instructors will coach each rider to adapt their workout to their own comfort level. Our classes appeal to beginners, hard-core cyclists and everyone in between!
Indoor cycling doesn't involve a lot of coordination and is easier to pick up and maintain perfect form than in any other type of aerobic class. It's up to you on how much effort you put in and depending on your exertion level, you can burn between 500 and 1,000 calories in one class!
